This place suits me perfectly! With free Wi-Fi, a wellness area, and 24-hour reception, I always feel at home. The staff once helped me find a great restaurant for food. I can't wait to return for Christmas!

If you want to relax, it is simply the best place to go. The personnel is very friendly and helpful, the hotel spa provides a wide variety of reasonably priced services, the food in the resaurant is simple but tasty (if you do not like food in the restaurant you can use the hotel cafe with good choice of dishes, or room service).

You can stay there the whole weekend and not have to exit the hotel premises at all if you don't want to. Food in the bar is good or very good, specially when the place calls itself a bar. And the prices for the portions are ridiculously low, as I am a Finnish person myself but living in Vilnius at the moment. As far as I understand almost all rooms have a balcony which is nice extra. All the services at the spa worked quite well or very well. English is sufficiently well spoken within the staff. Very high standard cleanliness of the whole resort was easily checked when you looked at the sole of your white slippers after you've spend the whole weekend there walking everywhere with the same pair of slippers. The slipper's soles were very clean!

Room was very basic and standard. Carpetfloor is not the nicest and most hygiene option in the room. The Wintergarden could have more sofas and chairs because there was lots of empty floor space.

Very quiet and nature place, good experience for relaxation both for vacation or while business trip.

Starting from 8am sauna was not switched in, only steam-room was available.

Staff is just excellent. Spa services are very very good. Not crowded at spa even on weekends.

Great value and modern place with excellent staff in Soviet time manner. Neat room & modern style bathroom. Particularly good location in the city centre in a beautiful area. Again, walking distance to Vijunele Park...

A very modern facility designed for relaxation.

NOT kid friendly. The pool attendant was unfriendly, scolding my daughter for having fun. If the pool area is meant to be silient then put up signage saying as much. Other places in the spa indicated the area was to be quiet so do the same in the pool area.

The hotel was stylish, I enjoyed the unique and silent room and spa lounge. The location was good, to a changing area, convenient to go everywhere. I had coffee at City Coffee, located within 5 minutes walk.

Very nice large suite I stayed in. Good breakfast with lots of options.

The staff needs some training on customer service skills. Receptionists always seemed to be talking on the phone and ignoring waiting customers.

I would change the closing time of all services, like swimming pool, restaurant, cafe, spa, bowling and all other entertainments at least till the 3 a.m. Ideally it should work 24 hours.

It is not possible to have a meal or tea at the night time.

Relaxing, clean, convenient, friendly.

Spa treatments for couples and amenities like foosball were enjoyable. The absence of A/C in the mini-lux suite made for an uncomfortable night, leading to a necessary downgrade to a standard. The polite staff and the quality of the food, especially the fresh croissants, saved the experience.

Great swimming pool with facilities like sauna, bubble bath, wellness treathment, ..etc.

Rather small rooms and no airco

I like very much SPA complex and outside area.

Everything was surfficiently nice.
